I'm Hilary and I'm an English with an emphasis in secondary education major. I don't see myself as much of a writer in that I don't think I'm very good at it even though people have told me otherwise. I usually start formal and academic writing with big ideas and thought of what I want to say and I usually end tired and bored with what I'm writing about. And, eventually end up hating my writing.
I also spend a lot of time writing in my journal and writing letters and notes to friends. And if this kind of writing is considered "good" writing then I think some of my best writing has ended up on some of my friends' Facebook walls.
